Terms of Use

Estimates, not professional advice

The calculators provide planning estimates only. They are not engineering, architectural, legal, financial or safety advice. Material quantities, costs and code requirements vary by product, supplier and location. Verify every result with the product label, your supplier and the authority having jurisdiction before ordering or building.

We aim for correct formulas and clear assumptions, but the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the results are accurate, complete or suitable for a particular project.
